Lumen21 reserves the right to revoke its consent to the link at any time in its sole discretion by amending this Hyperlink Agreement.

You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or any content posted to the Lumen21 website including copies and republication thereof, whether based in contract, tort, statutory or other law, will be governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding its conflicts of law provisions. You further consent to the personal jurisdiction of and exclusive venue in the federal and state courts located in and serving Orange County, California as the legal forum for any such dispute.

This website (excluding linked sites) is controlled by Lumen21 which is headquartered in the State of California, United States of America. It can be accessed from all 50 states, as well as from other countries around the world. As each of these places has laws that may differ from those of California, by accessing this website both you and Lumen21 agree that the statutes and laws of the State of California, without regard to conflicts of laws principles thereof, will apply to all matters arising from or relating to use of this website. You and the Lumen21 also agree and hereby submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of the Superior Court of Orange County, California, and the United States District Court for the Southern District of California with respect to such matters.
