Support Engineer

At Lumen21, we’re looking for a Support Engineer who leads with quiet confidence, cares about the details, and takes personal responsibility for doing things right the first time. This role is not about high energy or fast talk. It is about technical mastery, consistency, and clear communication with clients who depend on us for critical support.

- Provide onsite and remote IT support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve Windows OS and Office 365 problems
- Diagnose and repair printers and peripheral devices
- Perform basic configuration of routers, firewalls, and switches
- Assist with network-related tasks such as port switching and crimping connectors (preferred but not required)
- Document issues, resolutions, and procedures clearly and accurately
- Maintain professional and respectful communication with clients and colleagues

Required Skills & Experience
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience troubleshooting Windows OS and common software applications
- Basic networking knowledge including routers, firewalls, and switches
- Ability to diagnose and fix printer and peripheral hardware issues
- Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to problem solving
- Reliable, self-motivated, and accountable
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to client sites
- Hands-on experience with network tasks such as switching ports or crimping connectors
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent
- Prior experience in an MSP or structured IT support role
