The availability of a robust Software as a Service solution such as Office 365, with its associated security and compliance enabled components, has become an attractive consideration for organizations to simplify the operation and support of productivity tools such as Mail, Office, SharePoint, etc. Organizations, however, need to ensure that the implementation takes into account their industry regulatory requirements as well as the given customer policies and procedures.
